ACCREDITATIONS
Head Above Water Midland has been an official member of USA Swimming, which is the oldest and highest caliber of water safety and swim instruction in the United States. We are also members of the United States Swim School Association (USSSA).
In partnership with these organizations, we're able to offer the highest caliber of swim instruction to your family.
In addition to our required internal curriculum training, all of our instructors have undergone a background check, CPR training and yearly continuing education as per USA Swimming and USSSA's requirements. Belonging to these organizations also require us to adhere to strict ethical codes, child and sexual abuse awareness training, continuing education and facility management expectations.

Jessica McCoy, Owner and Head Coach, is also a certified CPR/AED/First Aid Course Instructor through the American Red Cross. Meaning, she has the ability to train, certify and conduct audits of CPR/AED/First Aid training of swim instructors.
